# What is SolanaVPN?

**SolanaVPN ($SVPN)** is a privacy-first, AI-enabled browsing and VPN ecosystem built on the Solana blockchain. It combines three previously separate worlds into a single, coherent stack:

1. **Decentralized VPN infrastructure** — a marketplace of community-run VPN nodes that provide routing, bandwidth, and relay services in a trustless way.
2. **Privacy-preserving AI personalization** — local and federated AI that tailors search and browsing experiences without collecting identifiable user data.
3. **On-chain economic & governance layer** — tokenized incentives, staking, payments, and DAO governance using Solana smart contracts.

In practical terms, SolanaVPN is a browser + network + protocol. Users get private, high-performance access to the web while enjoying AI-powered personalization that never compromises identity. Node operators, model contributors, and other participants are compensated transparently in $SVPN tokens. The whole system is governed by a community DAO, with upgrades, fees, and policy decided on-chain.
