# Roadmap Development

### **SolanaVPN ($SVPN) Roadmap**

#### **Phase 1 — Foundation & Core Infrastructure** 

**Goal:** Establish the technological groundwork and initial community for the decentralized VPN ecosystem.

**Key Milestones:**

* **Concept & Whitepaper Release:**\
  Public launch of the SolanaVPN vision, technical architecture, and tokenomics.
* **Smart Contract Development (Core Protocols):**
  * Node staking contract
  * Session payment escrow contract
  * Reward distribution logic for bandwidth providers
* **Alpha Node Software (Testnet):**
  * Open-source SolanaVPN Node Client (CLI + lightweight GUI)
  * Integration with Solana devnet for transaction testing
  * Initial relay encryption and routing modules
* **Browser Plug-in Prototype:**\
  Chrome/Brave/Firefox extension for connecting through testnet nodes.
* **Community Genesis:**\
  Early community bootstrapping, Discord/Telegram governance, and ambassador onboarding.
* **Token Launch (Fair Community Distribution):**\
  Deploy $SVPN token on Solana mainnet for utility testing and node staking (via PumpFun).

**Deliverable:**\
A functional decentralized VPN testnet, enabling users to browse anonymously through community-run nodes and earn $SVPN.

#### **Phase 2 — Decentralized Network Expansion** 

**Goal:** Scale the node network, improve user experience, and introduce AI privacy integrations.

**Key Milestones:**

* **Mainnet Node Launch:**\
  Full rollout of node registration and reputation system on Solana mainnet.\
  Node dashboard for uptime, latency, and earnings.
* **AI-Powered Privacy Layer:**\
  Integration of **Local AI Assistant** for private browsing recommendations, adaptive search, and ad blocking.\
  AI runs locally or within encrypted enclaves — no data leaks.
* **Micropayment Infrastructure:**\
  Real-time pay-per-session payments using Solana’s fast microtransactions (via state channels or layer abstractions).
* **Zero-Knowledge Proof Integration:**\
  Implement zk-proofs to verify node integrity (proof-of-forwarding) and anonymized user sessions.
* **Node Performance Marketplace:**\
  Nodes listed by speed, price, and trust score; users can auto-select or manually choose based on preference.
* **Governance v1 (DAO Launch):**\
  On-chain proposal and voting mechanism for future protocol changes and treasury allocations.

**Deliverable:**\
A decentralized, AI-enhanced VPN mainnet with tokenized incentives and governance — usable by thousands globally.

#### **Phase 3 — Ecosystem Growth & Cross-Integration**

  Custom solution for businesses that require secure, auditable, privacy-preserving infrastructure (healthcare, fintech, research).
* **Federated AI Collaboration:**\
  Launch of encrypted model-sharing mechanism so users’ local AI agents can contribute updates anonymously to global model improvements.
* **Node Leasing & Delegation:**\
  Users can lease idle bandwidth to professional node operators for passive income in $SVPN.
* **DAO Evolution v2:**\
  Introduce multi-tier governance, subDAOs for node clusters, and reputation-based voting.
